Probably they want to force us to buy 3-days ticket which I can't do. Would you be able to tell me which day they did the Raptor performance last year?

The F-15 is, to me, who grew up in the 90's, like the ferrari f-50, a sexy icon. The f-18 I'd compare to the lambo diablo, just as sexy but not quite as popular. I spent countless hours as a kid looking at its shape in aviation material. I could even draw it . These and the russian migs were the subject of the talk among boys who were into war movies and shows.

Last month we had a couple of days where a lot of military hardware flew over where I lived, on the way back home to the US after an exercise in Europe. The F-35s where unmistakable. As where the Chinooks

Some of those back seats were empty in those fighters. Come on, lets get some crew chiefs in there for a ride. I had a ride in the back seat of a F-100F when i was a crew chief back in the '60s. Live weapons on a range in Tripoli, Libya. Highly rewarding.

This is more of a thing for photographers than for pilots. In SoCal and here in SE AZ, I've seen F-16s, A-10s, and FA-18s fly NOE over mountains and roll inverted on other side. We live in an MOA and C-130s fly NOE all the time but can't roll inverted on the decent. I'll bet that some crew members use it as a chance to go weightless.
